How to Commission Prosthetics for Your Production
- 1. Contact Dr. Jain's clinic with your production brief — character description, shoot timeline, and any reference images or scripts.
- 2. A design consultation is scheduled — in-person or via video call for productions based outside Mumbai.
- 3. Dental impressions are taken of the actor(s) for custom-fit fabrication.
- 4. Prosthetics are fabricated and fitted before the shoot date — fittings can be scheduled to accommodate production schedules.
- 5. Full aftercare guidance and emergency contact during the production period
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the prosthetics safe for actors?
Yes. All dental prosthetics are fabricated from medical-grade materials the same materials used for clinical patients. They are fully removable and do not require any modification to the actor’s natural teeth.
How quickly can prosthetics be produced?
Standard production timeline is 2-3 weeks from impression to delivery. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on schedule. Contact us early in pre-production to ensure availability.
Can you work with productions outside Mumbai?
Yes. Initial consultations can be conducted remotely. Impression kits can be sent to actors in other cities with guidance. Fittings can be scheduled in Mumbai or, for large productions, on location by arrangement.
